1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND USE OF AMENDMENTS

Thank you for considering Relgo Networks, Inc. products and services. Relgo provides its services to you subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time with or without notice to you. In addition, if you are using a particular service, you will be subject to any posted specific guidelines applicable to such services and they shall be incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use. Please see our privacy policy which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.


2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Relgo provides users with access to collection of people connection networking, people searching, inference, communication, collaboration tools, business services, content through devices, services currently available and will be developed. The services also include targeted advertisements, service referrals, sharing public relations and connections and making targeted lists available to partners, so that Relgo provides services to customers. Also Relgo may communicate administrative messages, notifications, messages and news letters as part of membership and client may not be able to opt out of receiving them. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features, enhancements or new web properties shall be subject to Terms of Service. You understand and agree that the service is provided "AS-IS" and that Relgo assumes no responsibility for timeliness, deletion, undelivered or failure to store personal information. You are responsible for obtaining the service and any fee that may be incurred to service providers and also any fee associated with delivery of advertisements. In addition you are responsible for all the equipment necessary to access the service.


3. PRE-RELEASE SOFTWARE AND SERVICE

Many and all of the features under development are under continuous improvement. Relgo Networks, inc expects early adopters to provide timely feedback. The software and services are pre-release and hence Relgo Networks, Inc. is not obligated to provide support, consultancy or training. Relgo Networks, inc. does not guarantee every feature working as advertised and may contain bugs. We take every effort to retain your data intact. In unforeseen circumstances, we may have to purge data during pre-release. During the period Relgo is not liable to user in any way.


4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AND REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS

In consideration of your use of service, it is understood that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person who is legally barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States of America or other applicable jurisdiction. You also agree to true, accurate and current information when prompted to. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate; Relgo keeps right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse future services. Relgo allows children under 13 to establish their account with permission from at least one supervising adult. We make it mandatory to establish an accepted relationship through Relgo.com website with a parent or guardian as supervising adult. It is the responsibility of supervising adult to make sure children work safely on the internet. It is also responsibility of supervising adult to make sure children relationships are safe. Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.


5. MEMBERSHIP SERVICE CHARGES

Relgo.com has some services as paid services which are available only through the purchase of them. For such services you agree to pay the subscription fee, applicable taxes set forth for particular service. For all the fee based services, Relgo reserves the right to adjust the fees, surcharges, new subscription charges upon reasonable notice posted in advance on this site. Relgo subscription charges are typically yearly subscription. The renewal charges are same as original charges unless otherwise notified. Upon subscription, you will be charged automatically by paypal after notifying the due date for payment.


6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The content and feature technology on this site and subsidiary sites are sole property of Relgo Networks, Inc. and is protected by U.S copyright and international treaties. Relgo authorizes to use the site for your self, promote your services and sell your products using site. However you can not copy the features, content, functionality, design, logos, names, trade marks of Relgo Networks, Inc. In addition the "look" and "feel" of the site (including color combinations, button shapes, layout, design and other graphical elements) are also protected by Relgo's trademarks, service marks and copyrights. All other product and service marks contained on the site are the trademarks of their respective owners.


7. MEMBER CONDUCT

You understand that all information, connections, relations, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphic, video, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such content is originated. This means you, not Relgo are entirely responsible for all content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Relgo services. Relgo does not control the relation or connection settings, posted data, purchasing products posted by advertising partners via Relgo services. You understand that by using the service, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will Relgo be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, for any errors, omissions in any content, illegal or offensive relation settings and exposing or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, electronically transmitted or otherwise made available via the service.


The advertisements and services posted by partners, members or by anybody else using the service are owned by respective member or advertisement owner. It is the responsibility of the members to verify before purchasing or using the services. Any referral information posted using Relgo services is responsibility of the content owner. You understand that under no circumstances Relgo is responsible for any loss or damages incurred as a result of using partner or advertiser services.
You agree to not use the service to ::
** upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, torturous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
** impersonate any person or entity, including, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your relation with a person or entity;
** Set or publicize relations to other persons inappropriately to offend any person or to expose other persons privacy, data, information intentionally with out due permission to do so.
** upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
** upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;
** upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
** "stalk" or otherwise harass another; harm minor children

You acknowledge that Relgo may or may not pre-screen Content, but that Relgo and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or move any Content that is available via the Service. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content.
You acknowledge, consent and agree that Relgo may access, preserve, and disclose your account information and Content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to:
(a) comply with legal process;
(b) enforce the TOS;
(c) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties;
(d) respond to your requests for customer service; or
(e) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Relgo, its users and the public.
You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your Content, may involve
(a) transmissions over various networks; and
(b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
You understand that the Service and software embodied within the Service may include security components that permit digital materials to be protected, and use of these materials is subject to usage rules set by Relgo or content provider. You may not attempt to override or circumvent any of the usage rules embedded into the Service. Any unauthorized reproduction, publication, further distribution or public exhibition of the materials provided on the Service, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.


8. INDEMNITY

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Relgo Networks, Inc., it's officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the Site, the services, the Content, any Document posted by you, or your breach of these Terms and Conditions. Relgo shall provide notice to you promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding and shall assist you, at your expense, in defending any such claim, suit or proceeding.


9. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

Relgo Networks, Inc. reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Relgo shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.


10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:

  • YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. RELGO NETWORKS, INC. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  • RELGO NETWORKS, INC. MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT
    • THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS,
    • THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE,
    • THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE,
    • THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND
    • ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.
    • RETAIN AND WILL NOT LOSE YOUR DATA.
  • ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.
  • NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM RELGO NETWORKS, INC. OR THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TOS.
  • A SMALL PERCENTAGE OF USERS MAY EXPERIENCE EPILEPTIC SEIZURES WHEN EXPOSED TO CERTAIN LIGHT PATTERNS OR BACKGROUNDS ON A COMPUTER SCREEN OR WHILE USING THE SERVICE. CERTAIN CONDITIONS MAY INDUCE PREVIOUSLY UNDETECTED EPILEPTIC SYMPTOMS EVEN IN USERS WHO HAVE NO HISTORY OF PRIOR SEIZURES OR EPILEPSY. IF YOU, OR ANYONE IN YOUR FAMILY, HAVE AN EPILEPTIC CONDITION, CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN PRIOR TO USING THE SERVICE. IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SERVICE AND CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN IF YOU EXPERIENCE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS WHILE USING THE SERVICE DIZZINESS, ALTERED VISION, EYE OR MUSCLE TWITCHES, LOSS OF AWARENESS, DISORIENTATION, ANY INVOLUNTARY MOVEMENT, OR CONVULSIONS.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT RELGO NETWORKS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF RELGO NETWORKS, INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM:

  • THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE;
  • THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE;
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA;
  • STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR
  • ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

12. TRADEMARK INFORMATION & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Relgo, Relgolook, Friensmer are trademarks of Relgo Networks, Inc. Without Relgo's permission you shall not display or use these trademarks. The website and applications are protected by patents, trademarks and copyrights. You agree to sign up for the purpose of using Relgo's applications. You can not copy layout, design, graphics, colors, fonts, features and any part that constitutes Relgo's intellectual property. You can not share your account for the purpose of copying Relgo's intellectual property. This activity constitutes intellectual property theft. We may revoke your membership and may prosecute under Washington state law.


13. GENERAL INFORMATION

The TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you and Relgo and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Relgo with respect to the Service. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use or purchase certain other Relgo services, affiliate services, third-party content, or third-party software. The TOS and the relationship between you and Relgo shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Except as expressly provided in a particular "Legal Notice", or Software License or material on particular Web pages, this Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between you and Relgo Networks, Inc. with respect to the use of the Site. You understand and agree that, due to the nature of these Terms and Conditions, in addition to money damages, Relgo will be entitled to equitable relief upon a breach of these Terms and Conditions by you.
